RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
We want you to love your plush purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. To request a return, please contact us before sending any items back. Items returned without prior contact may not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- your order number
- clear photos of the issue
- a brief description
We’ll work quickly to resolve the problem.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for refunds to appear depending on your payment provider or bank.
Non-Returnable Conditions
For hygiene and product safety reasons, we may not accept returns for:
- used items
- washed items
- damaged items caused by misuse
- items returned without original packaging where applicable
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be processing or prepared for dispatch.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. The Plush Pillow UK cannot be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect customer information.
