Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days depending on your location and current demand. Every plush is carefully packed and shipped with tracked delivery.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details by email so you can follow your plush every step of the way.
Why does delivery take longer than some retailers?
Our plushies are carefully prepared and packed before shipping, helping us offer a wider range of cosy and hard-to-find plush companions.

Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. Read our Returns & Refund Policy
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue and we’ll work quickly to resolve it.

How do I clean my plush?
We recommend gentle hand washing or spot cleaning depending on the plush material. Care instructions are included where available on product pages.
