SHIPPING & RETURN INFORMATION

Our standard delivery timeframe is approximately 4–15 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods, holidays, or due to courier and customs delays outside of our control. At this time, we do not offer next day delivery.

Orders to Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man are charged at a standard delivery rate of £5.99, with estimated delivery within 4–15 working days.

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays caused by weather conditions, courier disruptions, customs processing, or peak seasonal demand may occasionally occur.

PROCESSING & HANDLING

All orders are carefully quality checked, processed, and securely packaged within 1–2 business days before dispatch.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed. Once an order has been processed, prepared, or shipped, cancellations will no longer be accepted. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team with your order number and the subject line “Cancellation”.

RETURNS POLICY

At The Plush Pillow, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, it must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted.

Returned items must be:

• Unused and in original condition and suitable for resale
  
• Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Due to hygiene reasons, plush products, body pillows, and cushions that have been used cannot be returned. Personalised items, custom-made products, and gift cards are non-returnable.

HOW TO START A RETURN

To request a return, please email your order number, full name, and reason for return to contactus@theplushpillow.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if your item is eligible for return.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue. Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

HOW YOU’LL BE REFUNDED

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 working days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued for items that meet our returns policy and eligibility requirements.
